Job Description
We’re looking for someone who is both passionate about and well versed in the crypto space. This person should be a strategic thinker who can analyze the competitive space and formulate a strong view on what we need to build (and in what order) to optimally achieve our business and strategic goals. This person should be able to back up their decision making through a combination of data, industry expertise and customer focus. We're a very analytical team and prize low-ego individuals, open collaboration, minimum viable process, etc. Our product leaders are deeply customer-focused, collaborate intensely with other key disciplines, and always make decisions with an eye towards Cash App’s business as a whole. Successful product managers are ambitious and resourceful -- willing to do whatever it takes to empower our teams, and deliver as much value as possible to our customers.
More specifically, members of the product team drive the strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for all Cash App features and products. They identify opportunities and develop perspectives on the most impactful things we should be building for our customers, and then they go do the work required to build those experiences. Cash App product managers are experts in cross-functional partnership, constantly inspiring and influencing colleagues in Operations, Marketing, Brand, Business, Legal, Compliance, Support, and other Product areas in order to deliver on their goals and maximize impact. Qualifications
- We are looking for product managers and product leaders with varying levels of experience

Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
A hunger to tackle complicated and impactful product & business problems
Experience driving complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a successful way
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to independently lay out and test clear hypotheses, and solve problems without well-defined direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
