ABOUT US
The Integrity Sales & Partnerships Lead (APAC) reports to the VP, Integrity Services and serves as the commercial lead for the APAC region. The role combines business development, strategic account management, commercial planning, and regional sales operations responsibilities to drive sustainable revenue growth across the Integrity Services portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, expanding strategic client relationships, and supporting the execution of the global product-led commercial strategy within APAC. Working closely with product owners, operational teams, and other Sportradar business units, the individual will act as a trusted advisor to sporting organisations while contributing directly to regional and global revenue objectives.
This position requires a commercially minded and results-oriented professional with strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance independent ownership of opportunities with collaborative execution across a global team.
THE CHALLENGE
- Act as the commercial lead for Integrity Services in APAC, driving new business acquisition, account expansion, and cross-sell opportunities across the full Integrity Services portfolio, including Anti-Match-Fixing, Integrity Education, Due Diligence, Athlete Protection, Anti-Doping, and other Integrity Services solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and advance commercial opportunities across sporting entities, including international federations, national federations, leagues, clubs, event organisers, regulators, and other key stakeholders throughout the APAC region.
- Own individual revenue, pipeline, and business development targets, contributing directly to regional and global Integrity Services growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority clients, identifying opportunities for contract renewals, service expansion, and long-term partnership growth.
- Provide exceptional account management and customer care, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the sports ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with global product owners and commercial colleagues to identify, develop, and progress opportunities across the Integrity Services portfolio.
- Actively contribute market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to support product development, commercial strategy, and go-to-market planning.
- Represent Sportradar Integrity Services at industry conferences, forums, workshops, and stakeholder events throughout APAC.
- Work closely with other Sportradar business units to identify joint opportunities, support strategic pursuits, and maximise the value of existing client relationships.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, contract, and forecasting data within Salesforce, ensuring transparency and consistency across the sales cycle.
- Support commercial planning and regional forecasting through the preparation of revenue reports, pipeline analysis, business reviews, and market assessments.
- Contribute to the development of regional market intelligence, identifying emerging trends, governance developments, regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the Integrity Services portfolio, products, and market positioning, acting as a trusted internal and external subject matter expert.
- Drive operational excellence and regional efficiency through disciplined Salesforce utilisation, commercial reporting, pricing consistency, and contract management processes.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, International Relations, Law, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sports business, sports technology, integrity, governance, betting, consulting, or a related commercial environment.
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, partnership management, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of the APAC sports ecosystem, including sporting federations, leagues, clubs, governing bodies, regulators, and commercial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop senior stakeholder relationships and navigate complex sales environments.
- Experience working in an international business environment, collaborating effectively across functions, regions, and product teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
- Advanced experience using Salesforce and other CRM platforms to manage opportunities, forecasting, account planning, and sales performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently while contributing to a collaborative global team environment.
- Passionate about sport, integrity, governance, and the role technology can play in protecting and enhancing sport.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the APAC region and internationally when required.
