At Sportradar, as a global leader in sports technology, we power insights and experiences for leagues, media partners, and sports fans worldwide. Behind the scenes, Salesforce is one of our key platforms, and we’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help us elevate it to the next level. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Salesforce ecosystem, maintaining a robust production environment while driving new feature implementations that align closely with the needs of our business and users.
You’ll act as a bridge between technology and operations, translating complex business processes into efficient, scalable Salesforce solutions. Your day-to-day will involve enhancing UI/UX, introducing smart automation, and supporting Sales Operations in ensuring data quality and consistency.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex sales and process requirements into actionable and scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain, test and deploy using declarative tools
- Perform data management tasks, including data uploads and data cleansing
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, including governor limits, code style, and deployment standards.
- Manage sandbox environments and deploy changes using Copado CI/CD
- Test your changes, create and maintain scripts using Copado Robotic Testing
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and user experience.
- Enhance Salesforce automations, reporting, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and process visibility
- Support user with their daily challenges in a complex Salesforce environment
ABOUT YOU:
- Experienced Salesforce Admin with strong experience in Sales Cloud - from managing Leads, Opportunities, and Contracts to building automations (flows, validation rules, approval processes) that scale reliably within Salesforce limits.
- Expertise in declarative automation, with a strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security, permission sets, data models, and role hierarchies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
- You have a structured, analytical mindset and love untangling complex workflows into elegant, scalable solutions
Preffered
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
