Operation Assistant
- Contract type: 6 months contract
Office Location: 7th and 8th Floors of Axis Tower 1 in Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines
Work type: part time 32hrs weekly
Work Set-Up: Full Onsite (no work from home)
Working shifts: Shifts are between 06.00am - 10.00pm
Hourly Rate: Php 110.80
Job Description
- Verify uploaded video content to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Set lineups and rosters for each game, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Collaborate with loggers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may encounter.
- Validate video and data for the Synergy Sports team site, addressing any identified issues.
- Adding game schedules and rosters for games prior to games being logged.
- Other Operations duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Avid interest in and comprehensive knowledge of multiple sports.
- Willingness to work in shifts, as our operations align with sports schedules.
- Proficient computer skills to effectively perform the job tasks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and product environments, while meeting tight deadlines
