Working closely with engineering teams to foster a strong culture of collaboration, system development lifecycles and infrastructure as code practices. Develop and support high quality digital solutions, with a focus on building operational awareness, supporting configuration management and ensuring quality. To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate with a diverse software development background and extensive experience as a senior technical leader. You should have a strong enthusiasm for DevOps and possess advanced knowledge of software quality, reliability, release, and scaling principles.

It is essential that you have proficiency in both AWS and Azure, along with hands-on experience in crafting and hosting software using relevant tooling. Additionally, you should have a track record of setting up continuous integration/delivery in agile teams and operational expertise in system administration or site reliability engineering, enabling you to maintain resilient systems. Your natural inclination should be towards automation, and you should be adept at coaching and guiding your peers in the development community, while also demonstrating a passion for reproducible results.

• Designing, building, and enhancing the software delivery lifecycle for a diverse range of products and services.
• Automation of the creation and management of software platforms.
• Development of reusable frameworks that simplify platform, delivery, and observability.

• Contributing to the promotion of excellence in development, quality assurance, and operational teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

• An accomplished technical leader with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes container orchestration and administration.
• Proficiency in deploying and running applications in Kubernetes.
• Comprehensive experience in working with AWS and Azure (minimum 3 years in both).
• Thorough knowledge of GNU/Linux OS and a minimum of 4 years of experience in administering production-grade services running on Linux servers.
• Experience in application development, technical architecture, or application support within an agile and continuous delivery environment.
• Excellent expertise in creating Operational Awareness through monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Highly skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration Management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (minimum 2 years).
• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash, Python, Ruby, Go, or others.
• Demonstrated proficiency in version control systems and application lifecycle management, particularly Git and GitLab.
• Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
• A team player with a strong inclination towards collaboration and personal growth.
