OVERVIEW:

The Head of Investor Relations is responsible for the Company’s Investor Relations program and plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's investor relations strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with our analyst and investor community. You will act as the primary point of contact for all investor-related matters and will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer ,Chief Executive Officer, and rest of the management team to communicate the company's financial performance, growth prospects, and strategic initiatives effectively.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

Develop and Execute Investor Relations Strategy:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones to effectively communicate the company's financial performance and growth prospects.

Engage with the Investment Community:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, rating agencies and key stakeholders in the financial community.
  • Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, earnings calls, and other relevant events.
  • Proactively engage with investors to understand their perspectives, concerns, and feedback.
  • Manage relationships with existing shareholders, ensuring regular updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain long-term investors while expanding the company's shareholder base.

Financial Communications:

  • Partner with Finance team and other stakeholders to prepare and review financial reports, and other materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop investor-related communications, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
  • Prepare investor relations and peer update summaries and present to the Board.

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors.
  • Identify potential areas of risk or concern and develop strategies to address them effectively.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations as a Foreign Filer, including IFRS, SEC filings and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial disclosures.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Proven experience in investor relations with at least 10 years in a similar role.
  • Experience managing IR for US listed companies and/or US listed foreign filers.
  • Demonstrated track record within a technology or tech-enabled business.
  • Experience working across highly complex, global businesses; strong culture builder with the ability to transcend cultural and geographic differences to ensure a cohesive approach worldwide.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment trends, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong partnering, networking and relationship skills and experience operating effectively in a global working environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful investor relations strategies.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
  • Strong ethics and commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and transparency.
  • Relevant Industry experience a plus - Sports Technology, Sporting Betting and/or Sports Entertainment.

Pay Range: $220,000 - $280,000

Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
