JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Senior Vicepresident Managed Sportsbook Services, we are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Security leader with 3+ years of applicable experience. The Security leader will provide support across the Sportradar’s Managed Sportsbook Services unit.
We need our Security Leader to be versatile, capable of mentoring and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges as we continue to push our product forward. We are a product-oriented organisation with a growth mindset

 

THE CHALLENGE:  
  
·Ensure the tribe follows best practice and policy compliance as well as identifying and understanding potential gaps  

·Establish the practice of product threat modelling in the tribe  

·Ensure both internal and external audit compliance  

·Contribute to the tribe product roadmap and resource planning   
·Manage product and security risks and mitigation plans   

·Provide balance of security risk and prioritisation of mitigation activity 
·Demonstrate a strong delivery ethic using agile values and principles through your thinking, processes, and actions.   
·Implement practices which increase the security posture of the tribe  
·Inspire others to drive a high-performing culture, with strong focus on observability and security  
    
YOUR PROFILE:  
  
·Professional experience. At least 3 years of professional experience covering product development, information security / cyber security and / or development of industrial services and solutions with a proven record of continuous career development would be required for you to take this position.  
·Product security mindset. You understand and can address cybersecurity, technical risks on the various layers of the product.   
·Security architecture planning. You will be working closely with software engineers, DevOps engineers and information security experts to design secure product across squads within the Tribe.  
·Security frameworks knowledge. Excellent understanding of information security principles and frameworks, data protection and regulatory compliance (at least two of the following: ISO27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, NIST, MITRE).   
·Identification of cybersecurity weaknesses. One of your the most the important task will be focusing on finding new weaknesses and vulnerability within the information technology systems across the whole organization.     
·Team player. You will have experience in prioritising resource and supporting wider challenges as well as articulating decisions to management / senior management.  
·Life-cycle perspective. You understand how the needs of the team and the product vary across the stages of the product life cycle (SSDLC).   
·Maintaining delivery momentum. You can actively address internal risks and issues and know when to escalate them. You set the team cadence and tempo, ensuring it is sustainable. You know how to track, manage, escalate, and communicate dependencies. You can actively remove or minimise risks, issues, or dependencies where possible. You understand how the risks, issues or dependencies impact the work of a team.   
·Making the process work. You can guide teams to focus on the output rather than the process. You can help the team to find a process that works for them. You can support

teams in establishing a process. You know about the importance of planning and
forecasting and the different ways to develop a plan.
