Spear Education is currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for the design and production of projects within the marketing department including but not limited to; brochures, print ads, newsletters, emails, landing pages, infographics and social ads. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment – working in conjunction with the marketing team to support consistent branding and messaging across all product lines.

Job Description

  • Work from a creative brief to concept, design and execute requested assets
  • Accurately estimate the production time a project will require
  • Provide creative concepts, ideas and optimize strategy for marketing projects
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support design efforts and optimization
  • Use expertise to research and bring forth new ideas to better communicate and convert customers and/or foster renewals
  • Uphold style guide and brand standards across product lines
  • Continuously strive to create a better user experience through creative
  • Work with web developers; have an understanding of front-end development and how designs convert into online experiences.
  • Create both customer facing and internal presentations as needed
  • Act as the liaison between the company and outside vendors

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
  • Experience with Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with HubSpot a plus, but not required
  • Must be advanced skills in general office computer applications including MS Windows, MS Office Professional (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive feedback from peers and clients
  • Must work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution
