• You have at least a completed higher professional education (HBO);  

• You are certified as a Scrum Master;  

• You have at least 2 years of work experience as a Scrum Master, though more is welcome;  

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;  

• You have experience in designing and facilitating sessions for teams, including new methodologies such as liberating structures, sociocracy, or management 3.0;  

• You are able to identify opportunities to support both clients and colleagues at Sopra Steria;  

• Ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;  

• Experience with complex environments and making teams successful within that context.
