Minimum Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience working in a software development environment.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Project Manager.
• Experienced in growing overseas client accounts exploring opportunities to both upsell and cross-sell.
• PMP or Prince2 certified and practitioner with experience of managing technical deliveries on both Fixed Price and T&M modes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• End to end technical deliveries from inception, per-sales to postproduction support.
• Hands-on knowledge of management and tracking tools like MPP, JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience handling staff augmentation structures that are slowly moved to projectized setup.
• Excellent people management skills - proactive identification of personnel issues, out-of-box thinker in proposing resolution, appetite for taking measured risks for benefit of the project and organization with demonstrable past-experience.
• Exposure to different delivery methodologies like waterfall, agile must have. Additional exposure to other methodologies is a plus.
• Candidate preferred to have grown through the ranks from development to management in BFSI sector.

What you will do

• Directly responsible for client and region relationship management over sustained period, demonstrating growth (upsell, cross-sell) and strengthening engagement with out of box thinking, strong ethics, excellent communication skills, win-win conflict resolution and other key leadership traits.
• Manage Sopra Banking’s core product implementations for clients based in EU region.
• Work closely with EU based colleagues and clients to maintain and grow IN based teams with key tech and domain skills for our products.
• Oversee day to day and operational management for IN based teams and setup sustenance.
• Actively review and revise processes for continuous improvement bringing in notable improvement in delivery efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor and guide other leaders to ensure high delivery predictability.
