Job Description
The role description is to be able support functioning of Talent Operations. Preferably, 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant understanding and exposure of HR operations, compliance, and employee relation.
Strong background in HR governance and audits. Experience managing diverse HR teams and stakeholder management. Strong judgment, discretion, and integrity. Operational rigor with a strategic mindset. Strong automation mindset with the ability to drive BPR, HRIS optimization, and GenAI‑led solutions to enhance scale, efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience

Qualifications
