Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support internal reporting and analytics needs;
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable dashboard designs;
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing robust data validation and transformation processes;
- Optimize dashboards for performance and usability, including creating dynamic visuals and drill-down capabilities;
- Provide documentation and basic training to internal users for dashboard usage and updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices);
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles;
- Ability to connect and integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, CSV, APIs);
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills for requirement gathering and stakeholder interaction.
