Minimum Qualifications

• Strong Technical capability
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and work effectively with team members
• Should be able to collaborate with people at various levels.
• Analytical & functional acumen.
• Business orientation.
• Good verbal and written communication (ENGLISH).

Must-Have:

• BE/BTech (Full Time)
• Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE and related technologies 
• Experience working in Agile driven development model.
• Experience in setting up Dev Ops processes for large projects including CI, CD and testable infrastructure as code.
• Either PMP or Prince2 certified manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microservices, event-driven and distributed architecture.
• Experience working on cloud environments i.e. AWS, Azure

What you will do

• Will be involved in technical discussions related to the project/product
• Help team members with technical reviews
• Will be responsible for managing E2E deliveries on time, on budget within scope and with quality.
• Will be responsible for developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Will be responsible for helping the project team plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Will be responsible for liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Will be responsible to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. 
• Will be responsible to develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Will be responsible for determining the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Will be responsible to define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
• Total Experience Expected: 17-20 years
