Minimum Qualification:

• Total experience expected 6 to 8 Years.
• Expert-level exposure to Statistical knowledge.
• Expert level knowledge of SQL (queries) and fundamental understanding of database design concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data modelling, and statistical techniques.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle.
• Good to have data migration, integration, business facing experience.

What you will do

• A good team player responsible for handling data analytics and Interpreting data.
• Think critically about the deliverables and plans for projects to ensure they align with the goals.
• Gather and analyze business data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and software applications. Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can provide valuable insights.
• Design and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Develop user-friendly interfaces that enable stakeholders to understand and interact with the data effectively.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. Translate their requirements into data models, metrics, and KPIs to ensure the delivery of actionable insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting data quality checks and validation processes. Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues that may affect the reliability of the analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner through compelling visualizations and storytelling techniques. Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Adhere to data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR) while handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis and BI. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to enhance data analysis capabilities and deliver best-in-class BI solutions.

• Ensuring QA teams know the guidelines of the project
• Resolving issues regarding release quality and schedule.
