Job Description
- Experience across Pre-sales, Deal Shaping, Bid management, Proposal Development, Rate-card analysis, Team Management
- Developing win themes, technical discriminators, and innovative pricing strategies
- Bid management and end to end sales support on various RFP / RFI / RFQ / SOW / PQQ
- Schedule and facilitate effective go/no-go discussions to ensure we are targeting right opportunity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills dealing with internal stakeholders and clients
- Managing large, strategic, ‘must win’ bids with focus on improving win-rates
- Co-ordination with cross functional teams (Account Team, Technical Team, Commercials) to work on the specific part of the bid
- Understand the Terms & Conditions dictated in the RFP documents and map the same with organization’s standard conditions in order raise any red flags during opportunity qualifications
- Responsible for managing end to end Bids starting from Opportunity Qualification till Contract Signature Program Management of all aspects of pursuit from kick-off through Bid Submission
- Experience in Pricing models, Rate-card modelling and benchmarking for framework deals
- Arranging solution workshops to design the solution approach, identify the timelines and plan, resource builds, and estimates
- Presentation of bid development schedule, proposal template, and expectations from the bid team
- Write quality and compliant responses to tender specification - focusing on customer hot buttons / maximizing scores
- Tracking the proposal build against tracking tools and through review calls
- Communicate clearly and regularly with the pursuit team on the health of the bid
- Formatting and editing of the proposal
- Expertise in conducting Red Team, Blue Team reviews before client submission as per APMP ways of working; coordinating the bid review meeting with all the stakeholders for final approval
- Using the Market insights and Deal Win / Loss Analysis to drive overall Pricing Strategy and Alignment across functions
Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years
Qualifications
Knowledge of project management, business analysis, and technology implementation is preferred in full life cycle AD / AM engagements
Should have participated in, and be familiar with project methodologies including working in an Agile and DevOps environment
Knowledge of IT Service Management and IT Workflow capabilities, processes, and best practices
Presales certification such as from APMP is a plus.
