• Overall testing experience of 10+ years.
• Expertise in Test Management, Project Management, Defect Management, Risk Management & Stakeholder management.
• Good experience in Requirement Management, Test estimation, Test Strategy creation and Test Planning, Test Design & Execution, Test Reporting.
• Good hands-on experience on Non-functional testing aspects i.e. Performance testing, Security testing & Operational testing procedures : 4+ years of hands on experience
• Good knowledge of Test automation with hands-on experience on anyone programming language.
• Experience in implementing test automation frameworks. Should be able to derive coding standards, procedures, and methodology for automated testing.
• Should be able to work with internal QA leaders, as well as functional and technical architects, to identify and align on best practices, incorporating the latest industry tools and technologies.
• Should be able to create test plans for Functional testing, performance testing, operational acceptance testing
• Should be able to specify positive and negative testing techniques, and addressing service functionality, monitoring, integration, performance, resiliency, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Analyze and understand existing test coverage and functional testing & automation frameworks, identifying opportunities for redesign, replacement, reusability, and improvement in efficiency and performance.
• Identify and/or design modern automated test techniques to update and upgrade existing manual and automated tests.
• Good experience on tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Jmeter, Security testing tools
• Good experience on latest technologies in CI-CD and microservices architecture i.e. in Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Kafka, Kibana, Docker
• Good knowledge on Agile & DevOps
• Good People Manager and should be able to lead / mentor team of 10+ team members.
• Excellent communication skills.

B.E./ BTech/MCA
