Compensation (Hourly: Flat Rate):

• $23 to $27 / hr
  • Depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications

(The Tint Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $23.00 and $27.00.)

Summary:

The Automotive Glass technician is responsible for assessing vehicles that may need auto glass chip repair, or replacement. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly assessing windshields to see if they need repairs or replacements
• Fixing Back Glass, Side Glass, Quarter glass or vent glass on damaged vehicles

• 1+ years of experience in automotive glass replacement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Schedule:

• FULL TIME
• 5 days a week / 2 days off
• Sundays off
