Job Description

The NAND Development Business Operations Intern provides day‑to‑day operational and data support, including IT/IP access tracking, dashboard reporting, SharePoint organization, and basic financial and headcount tracking. The role supports cross‑team and cross‑company collaboration, helping improve visibility, efficiency, and overall operational excellence for NAND Development.

Job Purpose: The NAND Development Business Operations Intern supports the team’s day-to-day operations by helping ensure recurring IT/IP data access requests are handled efficiently and on time. The role focuses on data processing, reporting, and operational support to improve visibility into project status, financial tracking, and operational metrics. This position also helps enhance overall business productivity, organization, and cross-team collaboration in support of our operational excellence goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operational tasks, including recurring data collection, tracker maintenance, cross‑company CW account creation/reactivation, and PDL maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain IT/IP dashboards to centralize and track progress across multiple workstreams.
  • Reorganize and manage NAND Development Training SharePoint, supporting continuous content expansion and structure optimization.
  • Support AI‑related initiatives by assisting with data validation and report visualization.
  • Provide business operations support, including headcount tracking, onboarding data updates, and basic budget and spend tracking.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate and facilitate bi‑monthly F2F technical meetings to enable effective collaboration between Solidigm and SK hynix Dalian.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and business operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); familiarity with PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Basic data processing and logical analysis skills; experience with reporting or dashboards is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn semiconductor business operations and development processes.

Working Conditions: This is an office-based internship with standard working hours of 7 AM to 4 PM , at least 3 days per week.
