Job Description

Develops and manages internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies. Partners with a diverse stakeholder base to lead and develop multi-year commodity strategies based on business/market intelligence, long-term analysis of the category/commodity and the supply ecosystem. Acquires and maintains industry, market and technical knowledge of commodities.  Leads supplier sourcing, selection and performance management. Negotiates purchasing contracts, statement of works and pricing for goods and/or services. Drives cost saving opportunities in partnership with suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectives. May develop new supply chain models for new or existing products or services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in sourcing, procurement and supply chain management, or related field. 
  • 5+ years proven experience of commercial sourcing, vendor management or related filed preferred (however, candidates with 3+ years of strong, relevant experience and demonstrated potential will also be considered)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive work through to completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Bilingual in English and Korean 

Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $89,600 - $140,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
