Job Description

The role

At Solflare, we move fast. Our CEO, Filip, has a lot on his plate: ideas, strategies, marketing campaigns, meetings, and more active communication channels than one person should ever have to deal with.

To support him and the company moving forward, we’re looking for someone ambitious, structured, quick on their feet to keep things moving, and eager to grow - an Executive Assistant who thrives in chaos, loves problem-solving, and isn’t afraid to take initiative.

A (not-so-typical) day in this role might look like:

  • Oversee and prioritize the CEO’s communications.

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.

  • Ensure clear follow-up and execution after meetings.

  • Conduct various research and assist in preparing presentations or briefing documents.

  • Nudging Filip with just the right mix of persistence so deadlines get met.

 

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re hyper-organized and can manage not just your time, but someone else’s.

  • You have a project manager’s brain - you see the big picture, but keep on top of the details.

  • Your communication skills (in English, C2) are razor-sharp - whether writing emails or summarizing complex ideas.

  • You can keep up with a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment, and still bring clarity.

  • You’re proactive, discreet, and reliable - the kind of person who gets things done without being asked twice.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.

  • Strong skills in identifying priorities and focusing on what matters most.

  • Tech-savvy individual, comfortable with G Suite, Slack, and other modern communication and collaboration platforms.

  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly onboard and develop a strong understanding of all aspects of the business..

  • You’re ambitious, positive, and eager to learn more about startups and marketing.

 

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in startups or marketing.

  • Have experience with company communication

  • Are curious about crypto or web3.
