Position – how you’ll contribute

• Creating documentation of existing and new IT systems (including documentation of interfaces and APIs)
• Helping to define and describe requirements
• Supporting us to improve our SOPs and align them with the global standards
• Liaising with clients 

Expectations – the experience you need

• Ability to write and speak English at a B2+ level
• Analytical skills that allow you to collect the most important information about existing systems and describe project assumptions
• Knowledge of Polish and English at a level that allows the creation of documentation, including technical documentation
• Proficient use of the Office suite and other online documentation solutions
• General technical knowledge of web solutions and the IT industry
• Professional experience working in a similar position
• Communicativeness and ability to work in a team
• Ability to map and illustrate processes
