Are you a Health & Wellness Manager with a passion for people and developing health and wellness outcomes?
Sodexo is looking for expressions of interest for our exciting new supervisory role. We are seeking a Head Wellness Coach who will be working with our client to deliver wellness outcomes to the on-site teams.
You will primarily work from the main camp, but will travel across the portfolio, managing a team of Wellness Coaches based across multiple camps in close proximity.
To thrive in this role, you will be experienced working in a Health and Wellness environment, managing a team, achieving high levels of community engagement, plus be a well organised administrator!
You’ll be supported by the National Health & Wellness Manager to deliver a national framework and be a key driver in activating multiple initiatives.
You may be a business owner, Yoga studio owner or experienced developing health and wellness outcomes. You will be well versed in writing H&W programs, social media content and coordinating events.
This is a permanent full-time FIFO role, working a 2:1 week roster, managing a team of 9 Health and lifestyle coaches.
- Develop, implement, and promote Health and Wellness programs.
- Develop and coordinate sporting and social events, group exercise sessions (i.e., walking groups and circuit classes), wellness and health promotion programs
- A customer focused approach with high level of engagement skills
- Competent with digital marketing
- Possess clear and effective communications skills in multiple formats
- Passion for physical health, mental health and fitness
- First Aid accreditations are highly regarded.
Essential criteria:
- Cert 111 and IV in Fitness, Yoga instructor’s certificate or Diploma qualification
- CPR & First Aid Certificate
- Current Manual Driver Licences
- Develop, implement programs to promote Health and Wellness outcomes.
- Develop and coordinate sporting and social events, group exercise sessions (i.e., walking groups and circuit classes) and physical rehabilitation programs for injured employees.
- Ability to work 14days on and 7days off for 11hours per day.
- Ability to endure a remote environment in challenging weather conditions.
- National Accreditation as a qualified fitness instructor (e.g., Fitness Australia)
- Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check.
