We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to manage the operational performance of our on-site catering service delivery at one of prestigious corporate contracts in Melbourne. This is a customer focused leadership role, managing a team of food professionals and facilities staff.  The role encompasses managing day to day catering services and high end functions & events, food costing, menu design, managing staff rosters, overseeing effective stock control, all the while ensuing a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness and of course great customer and client service.

This role is permanent full time and based in Melbourne CBD.

Who are we looking for?  

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; there’s never a dull moment at Sodexo.   

You will have had prior experience with large scale and high volume food service as well as managing large catering teams, you must have excellent communication skills, financial acumen, experience managing budgets & demonstrated understanding of food costing, food cost variables (wastage, rotation etc). HACCP and food safety is essential.  You will be personable and have well developed leadership and motivational skills, ensuring that you drive consistency and innovation and in turn deliver required service outcomes. 

You will bring demonstrated supervisory skills, hospitality experience, service spirit and team spirit.  The scope of services will cover high-end Boardroom Catering, Reception & Concierge.  We seek a Client Services Manager to create a professional, warm and inviting environment that promotes a good working partnership with our client and an engaged and productive team on site.
