We are currently seeking an experienced information processing coordinator. Responsibilities include:

• Receive, Review, Process & Follow up on all Field Inspections and Laboratory Testing Reports
• Handle client inquiries and specific project needs
• Supply necessary supporting document to other Departments

• Ability to prioritize workload
• Amazing typing skills both accurate and fast
• Strong work ethic & be a self-starter
• Proficient at EXCEL and analytical thinking
• Organized with strong attention to details
• Experience working with field personnel
