Job Description
we are looking for an HR Generalist who supports the implementation and delivery of key Human Resources activities, with a strong focus on HR processes, HR administration, learning and development, and organizational initiatives. The role works closely with the HR team and business managers to ensure efficient, compliant, and people-centered HR processes, contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Onboarding
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to the successful onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Talent functions, recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Support onboarding activities and facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization.
- Coordinate the induction plans for the new employee to assure he/she is effectively joining the company.
HR Processes Management
- Support the implementation and monitoring of key HR processes, including the management of HR systems (Sobi Career, Smart recruiter, job descriptions update, update of procedure and processes)
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses to support organizational decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely updating of HR data within company systems and databases.
Learning & Development
- Support the implementation of Competency Framework in the organization
- Coordinate and support corporate training initiatives and learning activities
- Assist in identifying and analyzing training and development needs across the organization.
- Monitor and maintain training records, including course completion and training hours, while ensuring the effective tracking and consolidation of the annual learning and development plan, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
HR Administration
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including hires, contract amendments, and terminations.
- Support the administration payroll interface (management of employees requests)
- Collaborate with payroll providers and labor consultants to ensure accurate and compliant HR administration processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Humanities, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in multinational companies - ideally pharmaceutical.
- Good understanding of core HR processes and practices.
- Knowledge of labor law and personnel administration processes.
Technical Skills
- Experience in managing recruitment and selection processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and digital HR tools.
- Digital mindset, including familiarity with AI tools and technologies and the ability to integrate them effectively into everyday work practices.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Sobi is looking for a resource for the role of HR Generalist
For this position, we are offering:
- Fix-term employment contract
- Full-time (39 hours per week)
- The salary range for this role is €38,000 to €50,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate’s level of experience, seniority, and demonstrated competencies.
