Job Description
Introduction/Purpose
This position can be based in Europe.
The CEERJ Commercial Operations and Tryngolza Organizational Readiness role plays a central role in enabling the CEERJ commercial organisation to operate with clarity, focus, and execution discipline by establishing and running a regional Commercial Project Management Office (PMO) and by driving selected high-priority strategic and transformation initiatives.
The role exists to bring structure, transparency, prioritisation, and follow-through to CEERJ initiatives spanning Launch Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Business Development & Alliance Management, and Partner Markets. It supports the CEERJ Commercial Excellence & Strategy Execution Director in ensuring that priorities are clear across the platform, interdependencies are actively managed, and agreed actions are executed consistently.
A core and explicit accountability of the role is to lead and drive CEERJ Organizational Readiness for Tryngolza, acting as the regional PMO owner for the organisational and operational transformation required to be ready for Tryngolza. This includes working in close partnership with the Launch Excellence function and other CEERJ teams to ensure that ways of working, processes, governance, organisational set-up, and capabilities across functions are fit for purpose to support the product as part of the CEERJ portfolio.
In addition to PMO and organizational readiness responsibilities, the role provides flexible, hands-on support across the CEERJ Commercial Platform, including temporarily stepping in to support sub-functions in case of capacity or capability gaps (e.g. maternity leave cover).
This position is well suited for a mid-level, high-potential professional with consulting and analytical experience, strong execution capabilities, high empathy, and a motivation to learn and operate across multiple commercial areas in a complex, matrixed environment.
Major/Key Responsibilities:
CEERJ Commercial PMO Ownership
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the CEERJ Commercial PMO framework
- Provide end-to-end oversight of CEERJ commercial transformation and execution initiatives
- Consolidate priorities, milestones, ownership, risks, and interdependencies across initiatives
- Enable clarity on sequencing, focus, and resource allocation across the commercial platform
- Drive disciplined follow-up on agreed actions, decisions, and commitments
Tryngolza Organizational Readiness (Regional PMO Lead)
- Act as PMO owner for CEERJ Organizational Readiness for Tryngolza, with responsibility for coordinating and driving organisational preparedness across functions
- Design and manage a structured readiness framework addressing:
o ways of working
o processes and governance
o organisational set-up and interfaces
o capability and skill readiness
- Work in close partnership with Launch Excellence and other CEERJ functions to align readiness activities, timelines, and expectations
- Ensure shared understanding of roles, responsibilities, and cross-functional dependencies
- Identify organisational gaps, risks, and interdependencies; drive mitigation actions and timely escalation
- Track and communicate readiness progress through clear, executive-ready insights
Executive Enablement & Strategic Follow-Through
- Act as a trusted execution partner to the CEERJ Commercial Excellence & Strategy Execution Director
- Support agenda focus, prioritisation, and follow-up on strategic and transformation priorities
- Prepare structured updates, dashboards, and decision-ready materials for leadership forums
- Translate complex inputs into clear implications and recommended actions
Cross-Functional Coordination & Constructive Conflict Resolution
- Engage closely with CEERJ sub-functions to ensure shared understanding and alignment
- Surface misalignments or tensions early and support resolution through deep listening and perspective-taking
- Resolve conflicts by facilitating balanced trade-offs and pragmatic compromises
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based way of working across the platform
Flexible Delivery & Capability Support
- Temporarily support sub-functions during capacity or capability gaps
- Provide hands-on analytical, project, or coordination support where it adds the greatest value
- Adapt scope and focus dynamically in line with CEERJ priorities
Insights Discovery & Analytics
- Apply a data-driven, insight-oriented mindset to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Use analytics to support prioritisation, performance tracking, and decision-making
- Convert insights into practical, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
Education/Learning Experience
- University degree
- Prior consulting experience strongly preferred
- Pharmaceutical / biotech industry experience required
- Experience supporting or leading organisational transformation, operating model change, or complex cross-functional programs
- Experience with data analytics, insights generation, or performance management
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesise complexity into clear narratives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
