Job Description

The selected candidate will have the primary responsibility of maximizing sales of Doptelet and Kineret within the assigned territory. To achieve this, the candidate must develop, implement, and adapt account and brand plans, ensuring alignment with the knowledge acquired about clients and in accordance with the established strategy for Doptelet and Kineret. It is also crucial that the candidate establishes and maintains strong connections with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders (both external and internal), ensuring regular and efficient communication. Likewise, the candidate will initiate and lead activities with customers, as well as defined sales and marketing projects for the territory, ensuring the fulfilment of the established commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Doptelet and Kineret sales target on the assigned territory
  • Deep territory and customers’ knowledge enabling identification of opportunities to be included in accounts plan
  • Lead KAT (Key Account Team) process through cross functional work to build a 360 plan
  • Sales analysis and monitoring with regular use of internal tools.
  • Seamless delivery of key messages and communication strategy
  • Orchestrate multichannel plan to increase reach, breadth and depth of customers´ interactions

Customer contact for our SC brands in the territory

  • From KAM position, the candidate must contribute to the overall brand performance (Doptelet and Kineret) to achieve affiliate goals.

  • KAT team, consisting of Marketing, Medical and Patient Access functions
  • Customer target list
  • Opinion leaders
  • Management, back-office staff

Qualifications

Education/Learning Experience

Required:

  • Academic training in health sciences or pharmaceutical market-related studies
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Comfortable using AI tools

Desired:

  • Postgraduate degree (MSc, MBA)

Work Experience

Required:

  • Experience in hospital sales
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital-based customer engagement
  • Expertise in hematology or onco-hematology preferred
  • Knowledge of local healthcare systems and decision-making processes

Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify cause-effect relationships and market opportunities
  • Proactive approach with positive attitude and excellent negotiation skills
