TUTCO公司的电加热系统占北美市场80%的市场份额，其产品广泛应用于冰箱，干衣机，空调等家用电器。公司分别在美国,中国和墨西哥设有生产工厂。2008年初，公司在中国投资设立常熟富斯特热流系统有限公司，正式进入中国市场。目前公司主营加热器、汽车软管、医疗软管业务，年销售额超2亿元。

• Carry out production according to the production plan, and complete the tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity;
• 按生产计划实施生产，保质保量完成任务；
• Strictly follow the equipment operating procedures, process documents, safety production requirements and other rules; properly store, transport and dispose of raw materials, finished products and semi-finished products;
• 严格按照设备操作规程、生产工艺文件、安全生产等要求操作，妥善保管，运输，处置 原物料、成品、半成品；
• Complete production preparation work conscientiously; perform production self-inspection and daily equipment start-up and shift handover inspections; keep informed of the operating condition of the machine assigned to you; provide timely feedback on and record any abnormalities found in equipment operation and production;
• 认真完成生产准备工作，做好生产自检与设备开机交班日常点检，了解自己所负责机台的运转情况；对设备运转及生产发现的异常情况及时反馈并记录；
• Draw auxiliary materials reasonably, control auxiliary material consumption, and reduce production costs;
• 合理领用辅料，控制辅料消耗，降低生产成本；
• Cooperate with maintenance personnel in handling equipment faults; receive equipment operation and maintenance training; assist the maintenance personnel on duty in daily equipment maintenance operations in accordance with the maintenance plan;
• 配合维修人员处理设备故障，接受设备操作保养培训，按照保养维修计划协助当班维修人员进行日常设备保养操作；
• Maintain the tidiness of the production area;
• 维护保持生产区域整理整洁；
• Other work assigned by superiors.

• Technical secondary school education or above; majors in mechanical, electronic, instrument, chemical and related fields are preferred;
• 中专以上学历，机械、电子、仪表、化工等专业优先考虑；
• Able to read and understand work instructions and to operate simple equipment, fixtures, and testing instruments.
• 能看懂作业指导和和操作简单设备，工装夹具，测试仪器等；
