Job Description
The Trade Apprentice Trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training in manufacturing operations, machine handling, maintenance practices, quality standards, and workplace safety. The trainees will work under the guidance of experienced supervisors and technicians to develop technical skills and gain practical industry experience as per the Apprentices Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production, assembly, machine operation, and maintenance activities.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Complete assigned training modules and practical assessments.
- Report daily activities and observations to the supervisor.
- Participate in continuous improvement and team activities.
Qualifications
- ITI pass in relevant trades (Fitter).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial safety.
- Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and communication skills.
