  • Set dept. / team / personal goals, including planning of engineering projects and Demand Vs Capacities.

  • Communicate with external or internal team to solve issue that Supervisor raised and cannot solved by themselves timely for competing project design timely and accurately.

和内外部相关团队进行沟通,及时落实主管不能自已解决的问题。确保项目设计按时完成。

  • Drawing checking and Approval for GA and P&ID, Test fixture GA drawing, Test Procedure and calculation.

能够准确完成图纸的密封总图及系统的P&ID,测试总图,测试程序及相关计算的审核批准。

  • Responsible for improving product competitiveness, safety under following technical agreement and industry standard.

在遵守技术协议及行业归档条件下,负责持续提高产品竞争力,安全。

  • In-depth field troubleshooting, including analysis of problems / recommendation & implementation of appropriate solutions, meeting with customers in plant or at customer’s site to resolve satisfactorily; this may include working with plant personnel at managerial level to provide senior technical support.

深入排除现场故障,包括问题分析、提出并执行合理的解决方案。在本公司或客户方公司会见客户,圆满解决问题;其中可能包括与工厂管理层人员合作,对其提供高级技术支持。

  • Detailed failure analysis activities, including full investigation / reporting / resolution with customer with necessary commercial awareness.

  • Be able to finish other job assigned by Leader.   完成领导指定的部门其它工作。

 

职位要求

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical machinery, Fluid machinery with minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience in mechanical design or plant process control system design experience. It’s better to have mechanical seal application experience.

机械工程专业、化工机械,流体机械专业本科或硕士学历,一般需要至少7~10年机械设计或过程工业控制系统设计经验,机械密封应用经验。

  • Be familiar to dry gas seal and panel product characters and design requirements. Have the Knowledge and experience of rotating equipment, such as pump, or compressor

熟悉干气密封及控制系统产品的特性,及设计要求。了解旋转设备相关知识和经验,如泵或压缩机。

  • Skilled in drawing software & Office software such as Sold Edge, PDM, word, excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

熟练运用绘图软件,如Solid Edge, PDM等;熟练使用Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)办公软件。

  • Excellent written and verbal technical communication and presentation.

良好的口头及书面技术交流及展现技巧

  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner

积极主动的按时高效完成相关任务

  • Good verbal and written English communications skills

良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力。
