Job Description
Key Activities:
- Support engineering teams in design discussions, technical reviews, and project execution activities.
- Review project specifications, datasheets, and tender/bid documents to understand customer requirements.
- Assist in preparation of techno-commercial proposals and quotations for products and solutions.
- Prepare and update general arrangement and manufacturing drawings, including legacy/redrawn drawings.
- Perform quality checks and self-reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
- Use engineering tools and software (e.g., Solid Edge or similar 2D/3D systems) for design and documentation.
- Conduct basic engineering calculations and apply standard engineering practices.
- Support processing of Global Change Notifications (GCN) and other engineering updates
- Maintain project documentation and records in line with IMS and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
- Track and manage assigned tasks to meet deadlines and business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver accurate and high-quality drawings, proposals, and documentation
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and met in all outputs.
- Uphold a “First Time Right” approach in all engineering and design activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Contribute to efficient project execution through effective coordination and record-keeping.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and continuous learning in all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience : Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical/ Instrumentation/ Metallurgy/ Mechatronics/ Production Technology) with a minimum of 70%.
- Skills: Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
