Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate Transfer of Work (TOW) projects between Titeflex Europe, USA, and India. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for cross‑site project execution, ensuring effective collaboration, smooth transitions, and on-time delivery.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to work with global teams, and a solid understanding of aerospace industry processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage TOW projects between the USA and India, ensuring successful transfer, ramp-up, and stabilization.
  • Act as the central POC for all project stakeholders across STS Aerospace teams.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, status reporting, and communication with global leadership.
  • Identify project risks and drive proactive problem-solving.
  • Knowledge with aerospace industry standards (AS9100, NADCAP, etc.) and customer-specific requirements is a plus.
  • Facilitate smooth knowledge transfer, documentation management, and process validation activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice sharing between global sites.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 10–12 years of experience in project management, program management, or TOW roles—preferably in the aerospace/precision engineering/manufacturing domain.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (AS9100, NADCAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, FAIRs, PPAP, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and decision‑making skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with global teams.
  • Ability to work in global time zones (Europe, US & India) with flexibility when required.
  • Strong project management background.
  • PMP / Prince2 certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical or engineering background is an advantage.
