We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer III Filters Eng, to join our innovative team in Ritto, Shiga, Japan. In this senior-level position, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing advanced filter solutions for our cutting-edge products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure filter designs meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in filter technologies and incorporate them into our product development process
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for internal teams and clients
• Participate in client meetings to discuss filter requirements and provide expert advice
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our filter design processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in related to power plants, processing plants, or at rotating equipment manufacturers, preferably with exposure to turbomachinery components like seals, filters, pumps, compressors, control systems etc
• Advanced knowledge of filter design principles and engineering concepts
• Proficiency in CAD software for filter modelling and electromagnetic simulation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations or client sites as required
• Fluency in Japanese and English
