Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer III Filters Eng, to join our innovative team in Ritto, Shiga, Japan. In this senior-level position, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing advanced filter solutions for our cutting-edge products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure filter designs meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in filter technologies and incorporate them into our product development process
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for internal teams and clients
- Participate in client meetings to discuss filter requirements and provide expert advice
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our filter design processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in related to power plants, processing plants, or at rotating equipment manufacturers, preferably with exposure to turbomachinery components like seals, filters, pumps, compressors, control systems etc
- Advanced knowledge of filter design principles and engineering concepts
- Proficiency in CAD software for filter modelling and electromagnetic simulation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations or client sites as required
- Fluency in Japanese and English
