Job Description
Manage, supervise and control, in coordination with the organization's objectives, the fulfillment of on-time deliveries of the materials required by our clients, serving as an interface between the areas involved in the process, from receipt of quote and PO, to his office, maintaining a high level of satisfaction for all clients.
RESPONSABILITIES
Comprehensive monitoring with all operational areas of the orders of the clients, from order receipt to billing and shipping.
Enter and coordinate quote requests for intercompany and external clients within established deadlines.
Ensure the daily entry and signing of Purchase Orders into the system for the assignment of Sales Order numbers.
Analyze and provide promised, required and shipping dates.
Qualifications
5 years experience planning in production environment
Planning KPI's
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SAP ERP (planning module)
Demonstrates the ability to complete complex projects on time
Manufacturing Knowledge (preferred CNC Manufacturing)
Desirable knwowledge in Mechanical Seals
Possesses advanced problem solving and significant decision making abilities
Good Communication Skills (interaction with Sales and different Stakeholders)
Advanced English REQUIRED
