Job Purpose:

  • The job purpose is to maintain and to update the data in the ERP system

Responsibilities:

  • W codes creation
  • ERP quotations filling activity (for buy items)
  • ERP Bill of Materials filling activity (for make items)
  • ERP routings filling activity (for make items)
  • ERP data updates in line with the Change notes received
  • Change notes workflow maintenance

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • ERP functionality knowledge
  • MS Office high level knowledge
  • Production requirements knowledge
  • Products knowledge
  • Analytic and Precision
  • Technical drawings knowledge
  • Technical specifications knowledge

Impact and Scope: 

  • ERP system new items set up
  • ERP system items maintenance (BOMs, Routings and Costs)
  • Change notes workflow maintenance & collection
