Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Web Developer & Designer
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
Skyward is seeking a Marketing Web Developer & Designer to join our Digital Media team. In this role, you’ll help enhance and evolve our public-facing and internal websites, digital applications, and marketing platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, designers, and developers to deliver engaging, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences aligned with Skyward’s brand and marketing objectives. What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain marketing websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
- Build responsive, brand-consistent pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and established style guidelines.
- Design web layouts, mockups, and digital assets with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Manage and update website content within a CMS environment
- Support digital marketing efforts, including landing pages, emails, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
What you’ll need:
- Two- or four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with modern web development and front-end technologies.
- Working knowledge of UX/UI design principles and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Experience working in a CMS-based website environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
- A detail-oriented, creative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
