Job Description

Location: *This person will report in person to our Headquarters in Stevens Point, WI with hybrid flexibility*

Starting Salary: $37,160.06 - $40,876.07 (Salary commensurate with experience)

The Administrative Assistant for the Content Management and eLearning Department is responsible for accurate maintenance of data related to software product documentation content, software training materials, and internal training assignments. Utilizes reasoning and problem solving skills to follow through on assignments independently.  

Key attributes of an Administrative Assistant for the department of Content Management and eLearning are: 

  • Outstanding attention to detail for accurate and timely entry of information into product content and support databases 

  • Ability to follow directions 

  • Ability to reconcile staffs' schedules to create task assignments 

  • Utilizes data information and input from department managers to properly assign and prioritize projects
