Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
Starting Salary: $75,535.06 - $83,088.57 (commensurate with experience)

Skyward is looking for an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of leading teams and developing successful marketing strategies. As a member of our collaborative, in-house marketing department, you will need strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to thrive in this role.
Our Marketing Operations Manager will take a proactive leadership role in supporting Skyward’s marketing initiatives to drive key business outcomes, including inbound lead- and demand-generation and branding efforts. This newly created position will also interact regularly with Skyward’s sales professionals to plan, implement, and measure marketing campaigns targeting key decision makers in school districts. Our ideal candidate will have 7 or more years of marketing management experience with knowledge of the K-12 ed tech market.

Qualifications
- At least 7 years’ experience in the marketing of high technology-related products, preferably software, is required.
- Project and strategic management experience required.
- School administrative experience or administrative background knowledge is desirable.
- Experience supervising staff, preferably in a high technology environment, is required.
- Extensive experience overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns is preferred, including planning, executing and analyzing results, and adjusting future efforts based on those results.
