Main responsibilities:

  •  Provide Sales support to the sales/account managers (SM) Volkswagen and Ford (potentially also to other customers depending on the need and organization of the client portfolio) : treat daily commercial items and questions with the customer; coordinate and organize general and commercial customer visits; inform the organization on client expectations and agreements with customers through presentations, visit reports or internal meetings; other questions of the Sales Manager
  • Sales engineering tasks for the allocated accounts and programs, mainly but not exclusively for programs in production : ‘voice of the customer’; follow up and internal release of client specific demands and expectations according to the sales process; client tools; prepare and apply the agreed upon prices and adaptations (material, others depending on instructions Sales Manager); start up and internal guiding of client questions for research and changes in the organization according to the sales process; offering and explaining the consequences (in alignment with the Sales Manager);
  • Ensure and safeguard excellent service to (and focus on) of the allocated VCST portfolio;
  • Support other departments for escalated issues (e.g. claims, payment delay, …)
  • Follow up, organize and execute the necessary adaptations for Sales & Marketing in the ERP system (MCS); e.g. Budget and LTP,
  • Support of the Sales & Marketing Director with regards to monitoring, KPI evaluation, improvement as well as auditing of sales processes;
