Develop and maintain iPhone, iPad, iPod touch applications for corporate in-house use.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

• Develop iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch applications for in-house use.
• Write applications that will eventually be adopted by the software development team as a template for other similar applications.
• Work closely with the software development team to transfer new tools and software solutions.
• Be able to present pros and cons of different solutions to specific problems and give recommendations on the best solution for the problem under specific constraints.
• Keep abreast of new software and hardware technologies that could be used by IT and Skechers in general.
• Provide timely status updates including any foreseeable issues, roadblocks, and new functionality deployments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


• Must have at least 3 years of programming experience in Objective C.
• Significant knowledge of iPhone, iPad, iPod touch platform.
• Experience with development of shipped iPhone applications a plus.
• Experience with MacOS X software development a plus.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux with strong shell scripting skills a big plus.
• Knowledge of SQL a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, Web Services a plus.
• BS degree or higher
