Job Description

As part of the Global Business Insights team, this position will contribute to development and delivery of useful and timely information to decision-makers and business leaders in an easy-to-understand, efficient and accessible manner. Business Insights Digital Analyst will provide decision support and actionable insights to the Digital team to help drive business value and growth opportunities.

This role will be responsible for business and data analysis, requirements and delivery of data analytics, reporting and dashboard creation, as well as insight generation, in collaboration with other team members, IT and business partners. It will also support critical business and analytical processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Essential Job Results

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements for analytical solutions
  • Analyze business processes and data sets to recommend an analytical solution
  • Work with Global Business Insights, Digital and IT teams to define and develop the analytical solution and project plan
  • Manage project tasks and timelines and communicate progress
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualizations that provide valuable insight to business users and decision-makers
  • Maintain business and analytical processes in support of current solutions
  • Work with business, data engineering and IT teams to ensure governance and data quality
  • Consolidate, document and communicate key findings, definitions and insights across various Digital Analytics projects
  • Serve as a trusted data and analytics partner and advisor to the Digital team and champion data-driven solutions

Education and Experience

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance or related fields

·         2+ hands-on professional experience in Digital and Web Analytics

  • Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing platforms, BI and analytical tools
  • Experience with insight generation and storytelling
  • Strong understanding of tagging, SEO and SEM techniques
  • Experience performing data and business analysis
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other MS Office tools
  • Solid understanding of key methods in statistics and advanced analytics, social media measurement, A/B testing and campaign evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python
  • Experience with agile, iterative development methodology
  • Understanding of data architecture, platforms and cloud technologies is a plus
