We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our team in Purwakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will perform laboratory testing, analyze samples, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining high standards of quality and laboratory safety.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze specimens in accordance with established procedures.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Prepare, process, and document laboratory samples and test results accurately.
- Conduct quality control procedures to ensure reliable and accurate results.
- Maintain laboratory records and comply with laboratory safety and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report abnormalities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma IV (D4) in Medical Laboratory Technology (TLM), Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Valid Indonesian registration certificate (STR) for Medical Laboratory Technologists.
- Previous experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and laboratory safety standards.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare environment.
