Patient Service Executive (Patient Liason)

Job Description

 

  • Assist with the direction of operational services, aiming to provide service to patients according to Siloam standards, ensuring coordination with other hospital departments.​

  • Support the sales & marketing, operations, and nursing teams with translations for the hospital.​

  • Assist the team with sales visits to local and international agents, hotels, and other businesses focusing on travelers and expatriates.​

  • Provide suggestions and help plan executions to maintain existing and attract new expatriate patients.​


 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree​

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience inguest relations/service excellence, preferably in healthcare industry​

  • Strong negotiation skills and good communication.

  • Native / fluent English speaker​

  • Expatriates, preferably based inLabuan Bajo/ Bali and have KITAS​

  • Local talent with international exposure/experience is also welcome toapply​
