  • Process client registrations and check-ins with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency while maintaining detailed records
  • Handle payment transactions in accordance with established procedures, ensuring all financial records are accurate and properly documented
  • Provide clear, comprehensive information to clients, families, and visitors regarding services, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and ensure all administrative work adheres to organizational standards and compliance requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail in a shift-based environment
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain the front office area to ensure it remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer service, client registration, or front office operations
  • Active proficiency in English (both verbal and written communication)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
  • Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects organizational standards
  • Ability to work flexible shift schedules as required by operational needs
  • Familiarity with data confidentiality practices and administrative compliance standards is preferred
  • Experience with registration or payment processing systems is a plus
