Job Description
•Preparing facilities to ensure smooth service delivery and facilitate patients/families in receiving services, by: arranging room security and comfort, checking and ensuring all necessary equipment functions properly, and ensuring medicines and other required medical equipment are available and ready for use.
•Providing nursing care using nursing practice standards: Performing emergency medical/nursing actions according to the patient's primary health issues. Observing and monitoring the patient's health condition (general status: physical, psychological, vital signs, and main complaints) during and immediately after the procedure.
•Assisting patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: preparing patients physically and psychologically, calming patients, arranging patient positions, and ensuring patient and family comfort and security during the procedure.
•Preparing patients post-procedure, including administrative needs such as: home care instructions, medical certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use. Providing health education to patients/families as needed.
•Implementing and maintaining nursing care recording and reporting systems to ensure accurate information and communication systems.
•Implementing procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including training, to support the achievement of hospital-wide indicators and department/unit goals.
Qualifications
•Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing
•Have minimum 1 year work experience as a Level I Clinical Nurse.
