1. Perform regular and incidental building maintenance and repairs.
2. Handle light civil works such as leak repairs, painting, wall, ceiling, and floor repairs, and minor construction work.
3. Perform carpentry work such as repairing and making frames, doors, tables, chairs, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
4. Conduct routine inspections of the condition of company buildings and facilities.
5. Handle minor repairs related to building utilities (light electrical, light plumbing, hinges, locks, etc.).
6. Ensure all operational facilities are safe and fit for use.
7. Prepare daily work reports to direct supervisors.
8. Coordinate with the operational team regarding facility repair needs.
9. Be prepared to work mobile/in the field and handle emergency work if needed.

1. Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent (preferably majoring in Building Engineering/Civil Engineering/similar).
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance or as a building technician.
3. Proficiency in light civil engineering and carpentry.
4. Understanding of basic electrical and plumbing repairs is a plus.
5. Proficiency in using engineering tools such as drills, grinders, cutting machines, and other tools.
6. Ability to work both individually and in a team.
7. Willing to work under a PKWT (Outsourced) system and be placed in Purwakarta.

This position will be placed at Siloam Hospitals Purwakarta with Outsourcing (Contract) status.
