Job Description
📄 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting administrative audits across HC records and compliance documentation
- Support day-to-day operational tasks including data management, filing systems, and process tracking
- Identify inefficiencies and help streamline small-scale HR processes
- Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative deliverables
- Prepare reports, summaries, and checklists for audit readiness and internal reviews
Qualifications
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive or “nitty-gritty” tasks with precision, have a "can do" attitude
- Basic understanding of HR or administrative procedures (preferred but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to commit to full-time/part-time internship schedule
