Lead the development and implementation of business development strategies and initiatives to drive business growth from corporate, insurance, and existing as well as potential patients across the Group, while acting as a strategic business partner to the Regional Executive Directors in strengthening the capabilities of Regional Business Development Specialists to effectively execute Group-wide strategies, policies, and procedures at the regional and unit levels, and conducting periodic reviews of corporate, insurance, and patient growth approaches to identify continuous improvement opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.

• Min. Bachelor's degree in related major or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• Dealing with large corporates, insurance companies and government authorities
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functionalteam in matrix environment
