Job Description:

• Assist in the management, review, and evaluation of clinical research Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Siloam Hospitals Group

• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for SOP improvements and compliance

• Support the quality assurance & control report in clinical research monitoring visit in Siloam Hospitals Group

• Support the administrative for legal and miscellaneous archives of the clinical research department

• Maintain organized records and manage research-related paperwork efficiently

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders; ability to work cross-functionally

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field

• Experience in clinical research or a research-related healthcare setting is required

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Comfortable with paperwork and documentation management

• Good interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in English

• Full WFO, Position: Siloam Hospital Group, Lippo Karawaci. Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
