Job Description
•Supporting pharmaceutical services in terms of receiving prescriptions, compounding and preparing medicines as well as distributing medicines in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services to ensure that patient drug needs are met in accordance with service and quality standards set by the hospital
•Serving patients in the pharmacy inpatient unit related to data entry, giving numerators, prescription timers, as well as confirming the name/type and alternative drugs if necessary
•Carrying out the drug preparation and compounding process, starting from checking the contents of the doctor's prescription (if necessary), calculating doses, mixing, packaging, and writing/printing labels in accordance with established pharmaceutical service standards and procedures
•Double-check the copy/invoice of the prescription with the faxed prescription, input report, and medication that has been prepared before handing it over to the treatment room
•Handing over medication to the room doctor by paying attention to the completeness and suitability of the patient's data and providing information regarding usage rules, how to use, storage and effects of the medication if necessary
•Checking, storing and recording goods received by the pharmaceutical inpatient unit from the pharmacy warehouse, as well as recording goods leaving the pharmaceutical inpatient unit in accordance with established procedures
•Carrying out periodic checks of medicines and medical devices to determine the suitability of inventory and the appropriateness of the medicines and medical devices used
•Ensure completeness and neatness of daily recipes processed before filing
•Check and sign manual drug request forms to the central pharmacy warehouse that have been created
•Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training and making reports from data collected to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
•Supporting pharmaceutical services in terms of receiving prescriptions, compounding and preparing medicines as well as distributing medicines in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services to ensure that patient drug needs are met in accordance with service and quality standards set by the hospital
•Serving patients at the pharmacy counter according to the patient queue number related to data entry, providing the necessary information, confirming the price, type and alternative medicines if needed, as well as payment
•Carrying out the preparation and compounding process of medicines, starting from checking the contents of the doctor's prescription (if necessary), calculating doses, mixing, packaging, and writing/printing labels in accordance with established pharmaceutical service standards and procedures
•Double-check the prescription copy and invoice with the doctor's original prescription before giving it to the patient to ensure that the medicine given to the patient is in accordance with the prescription given by the doctor
•Handing over medicines to patients according to the queue number by paying attention to the completeness and suitability of patient data and providing information regarding the rules of use, how to use, storage and effects of medicines to the patient and the patient's family/companions
•Providing pharmaceutical services in the Corporate Insurance/Company Guarantee section, including confirmation of prescriptions, transaction input, sending prescriptions to the pharmacy outpatient unit, and directing patients to pick up medication
•Checking, storing and recording goods received by the pharmacy outpatient unit from the pharmacy warehouse, as well as recording goods leaving the pharmacy outpatient unit in accordance with established procedures
•Carrying out periodic checks of medicines and medical devices to determine the suitability of inventory and the appropriateness of the medicines and medical devices used

•Receive and handle complaints from patients, doctors, nurses, or other departments related to inpatient pharmacy and outpatient pharmacy unit services to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided
•Carry out procedures and processes for providing services in pharmaceutical inpatient units and pharmaceutical outpatient units in relation to the implementation of established policies, standards and procedures, including operational obstacles that may be encountered which can be followed up or escalated to interested parties
•Ensure the completeness of data and monthly reports for the pharmacy inpatient unit, including: Reports of static drugs and drugs that are almost/have expired. Stock and price reports. Data quality objectives. Narcotic and psychotropic drug stock reports. Report data on drug returns from the treatment room. Data on actual purchases of Cito pharmaceutical medicines. Other reports required.
•Monitor the procurement and use of medicines and general equipment, as well as the condition of cleanliness, procurement, use and maintenance of equipment in inpatient pharmacy and outpatient pharmacy units, so that they can be accountable to superiors
•Carrying out socialization and education to workers in pharmacy inpatient and pharmacy outpatient units regarding new medicines and medicines that are almost/have expired, as well as carrying out drug information services for all parties who need them to ensure that all relevant departments receive correct and appropriate information as needed
•Monitor the refrigerator temperature as well as room temperature and humidity to optimize drug storage and management
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
Qualifications
•Minimum D3 Pharmacy
•Have minimum 1 year work experience in the same field
•Proficiency in pharmacy technology, including automated dispensing systems and electronic health records.
•High attention to detail for accurate medication preparation and documentation.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as handling prescriptions and maintaining inventory, efficiently.
•Minimum High School Graduate from Pharmacy
•Have minimum 1 year work experience in the same field
•Proficiency in pharmacy technology, including automated dispensing systems and electronic health records.
•High attention to detail for accurate medication preparation and documentation.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as handling prescriptions and maintaining inventory, efficiently.
•Bachelor Degree from Pharmacist
•Have minimum 1 year work experience in the same field
•Proficiency in pharmacy technology, including automated dispensing systems and electronic health records.
•High attention to detail for accurate medication preparation and documentation.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as handling prescriptions and maintaining inventory, efficiently.
